Fine Art Wedding Photography, Serving North Carolina and Beyond

Investment Begins at $3,800

The first thing you should know is that I absolutely love weddings. I started this business as a product and branding photographer, resisted doing weddings for years, shot a few weddings here and there for friends, and fell madly, madly in love with photographing love. The rest is history – I absolutely live to document your love. I get giddy over the way you say your fiance’s name. I get teary eyed over the way he looks at you. I live for the special moment shared between two people who are madly in love, and I am so grateful that my career is based on capturing that. Keep reading to learn everything you could possibly want to know about the Lindley Battle Photography wedding experience.

THE PROCESS, STEP BY STEP

01
You Inquire, We Chat

The first step of this process starts by clicking the link below, which will take you to a contact form where you can give me as much (or as little!) information about your wedding as you'd like. Once I get your inquiry, I will do my absolute best to get back to you in under 24 hours, because you are my priority through every step of this process. We'll email, I'll send you all of my packages, and if it seems like we're going to be the perfect fit, we can hop on a Skype call or grab some coffee (or a cocktail) and become best friends even more.

And Now We Wait

Where some photographers have you sign a contract and then dip out until a week before your wedding day, I want to be as involved as you'll let me be! Partially because I really do care, and partially because it helps me photograph your day better to know which elements of it you're most excited about. I've had so many brides text me wedding dresses, shoe options, and random questions - I truly want to be here. Depending on your package, we'll meet up and do some beautiful engagement photos, maybe a bridal session, and I'm always around to chat timelines or detail questions if you need me. I'm also more than happy to go do a venue tour with you if that makes you more comfortable, although it's definitely not a necessity for me to see your venue in advance. About a month before your wedding, I'll send over a pre-wedding questionnaire, just to make sure I have all of the details perfect, and a request for your official timeline - but I'll be prompting you through all of this, so there's nothing that you'll have to think about or remember.

Your Big Day

Step four is your wedding day, the day that you've been dreaming about since you were a little kid. I'll show up a little before my start time, just to set up and do a walkthrough so that I can make my mental shot list, and then the fun starts. I'll be with you every step of the way on your big day - reminding you to breathe, helping move things around and position people so that your photographs are the most gorgeous they can be, and celebrating your love with you. I'll try to stay as small and out of the way as possible, but I will absolutely do what it takes to make sure I get all of the shots I need.

Finally, The Sendoff

The last part of the process comes a month after your wedding day, when I begin the process of sending off your images. I'll send you a digital gallery with all of your photos, downloadable in high-res and also in web compatible files, as soon as they're ready but no later than a month from your day! Once those are sent, I'll get an order placed for any prints/albums/etc included in your package (I wait until after the images are sent to do this, just in case there are any small changes requested), and will have your flash drive, a little gift box, and any print material your way within three weeks (time on this one varies depending on what print products you're ordering!)

love from my previous couples:

I loved being able to see Lindley’s portfolio on Instagram and on her website. It was extremely important to view the ‘mood’ of her photos and it was everything I’ve ever imagined. Best part was that Lindley asks you what’s most important for your big day when shooting film. She took the time to get to know me and my wedding goals! To Lindley, photography isn’t just a livelihood, she strives to make the personal connection and truly enjoys being apart of your big day. I am so grateful to have found her when I did.

We cannot recommend Lindley highly enough! She was AMAZING to work with leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. She has such a talent for photography, and all of our friends and family are obsessed with our wedding photos (as are we)! She never felt invasive, if anything, she made the photo process fun, which is saying something for two people who get nervous about photos! Just lovely. 5+++ stars!

The weather for my outdoor wedding wasn’t what I expected, freezing cold and snowing, but Lindley helped calm my nerves and used the bad weather to our advantage to create absolutely perfect photos. I am somewhat camera shy and not very creative but Lindley came with amazing photo ideas and helped me feel comfortable and at ease. She was fun, easy to work with and extremely talented! She not only helped us stay on track with the posed photos but truly captured the emotions of the day with the candid photos. Despite the weather it was the best day of my life and I have incredible photos to help me always remember every detail.
