when you book a boudoir session with lindley battle photography, you also get the option to use my rental property in greensboro as a session location, which has been styled specifically for boudoir sessions (simple white walls + sheets, lots of beautiful natural light, etc). If you'd rather do them in the comfort of your home, that's definitely an option - just send me a few photos of your space before our session, so I can map out where we're going to get the best light! The third option for session locations is to rent a hotel room - if you're going to spring for this option, I recommend going with a well-styled hotel like The Kimpton Cardinal, or Proximity Hotel.
I generally tell clients to plan for an hour/hour and a half for our boudoir sessions. We'll use the first few minutes of the session to lay out outfit options + get you feeling comfortable, take some test shots, and then start the session!
so what does this thing cost? The fee for a boudoir session is $400, and includes shooting, a bottle of wine (because wine makes everything more fun!), and around 50 edited images, digitally delivered within three weeks of our session. Prints + albums are not included in the session fee, but I absolutely am a firm believer in both, and would love to add an heirloom boudoir album to your session for $250. You can purchase prints directly from your photo gallery once it's delivered.
I'm a big believer in simplicity being the most beautiful, so generally speaking this won't be a crazy styled shoot. Bring some of your most gorgeous lingerie (I love For Love and Lemons, Gooseberry, and La Perla) and maybe a silk robe or two, and any special touches that you want - your significant other's favorite shirt, your wedding shoes if this is a pre-bridal session, or any other pretty + significant items that you'd like to include in your photos. Flowers + pearls always make for really lovely details.
