First and foremost, what sets me apart in this industry is experience. I've been shooting professionally for nearly twelve years, and have owned my business for over five. I've also been shooting (and developing/printing) film photographs for thirteen years. Why does that matter? Because on your day, there's going to be nothing that's new to me, or that I don't know how to handle. And I cannot stress how important that is, especially in wedding photography.
One of the things that I most value in my business is education - both for me and for you. I have invested well over $20k each year that I've been in business into learning new ways that I can be better at what I do, and I never intend to stop that - I put it at the top of my priority list to make sure that you get way more than you pay for when you hire me. To that point, I have also put countless hours into making sure that I offer you extensive education about whatever shoot you're booking with me so that it can be the best possible shoot.
It is deeply important to me that I connect with every single person that finds themselves in front of my camera lens. From late night "what to wear?!" texts before your session to spontaneous dinner dates, I'm here for all of it. If I'm capturing your memories, I want to be a part of your life so that I can best tell your story.
